We can finally assure you that District 13 is alive and well and so is The Mockingjay.

A new District 13 website site launched today and six District 13 citizen posters are available for viewing. President Alma Coin stands proudly with the Mockingjay, along with rebels Haymitch Abernathy, Beetee Latier, Effie Trinket, Plutarch Heavensbee and Finnick Odair in this first round of representatives from District 13.

To access District13.co.in, proceed to TheCapitol.PN/OnePanem and then on to the next screen where you will type in "OLTM" and reveal the new site:
